1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and the operator of the deon55 platform ("deon55", "We", "Us", or "Our") accessible at https://deon55.cam.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any part of the deon55 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the deon55 platform and close your account if one has been created.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

- "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
- "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other outcome offered on the Platform.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, deposit match or other incentive offered by deon55 under specified promotional terms.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
- "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory obligations designed to prevent the processing of proceeds of criminal activity.
- "Funds" means real money deposited into or withdrawn from a User's Account.

3. Account Eligibility

3.4 Only one Account per person is permitted. The creation of duplicate, linked or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses held therein.
4. Account Registration
4.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. deon55 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify deon55 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).
4.4 KYC documentation — which may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment method — may be required prior to processing withdrawals or at any time at deon55's discretion.
4.5 deon55 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about the applicant's jurisdiction, eligibility or the accuracy of information provided.
5. Terms of Use
5.1 The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of the Platform, including but not limited to operating betting syndicates, brokering wagers on behalf of third parties, or using automated tools to access or interact with the Platform, is strictly prohibited.
5.2 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by others.
5.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all Funds wagered. deon55 makes no representations that any betting strategy will produce a profit or that any particular outcome is likely.
5.4 The Platform may experience periods of unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. deon55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
5.5 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. deon55 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific location.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 All Bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game, which are available within the Platform. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 deon55 reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event or market that was created or offered in error, or where there is a manifest error in the odds displayed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
6.3 Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a Bet being confirmed. Once a Bet is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, the agreed odds at the time of acceptance apply, except where a Bet is voided under these Terms.
6.4 deon55 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, impose maximum payout caps, and restrict certain Users from placing Bets on specific markets at its sole discretion. Such limitations may be applied without prior notice.
6.5 In-play betting (live betting) is offered on selected events. Availability is subject to the progress and status of the relevant event. deon55 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
6.6 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. RTP (Return to Player) figures where displayed are long-run statistical estimates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
7.1 All Funds must be deposited from payment sources that are owned and controlled by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
7.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and displayed in the live cashier. These limits are subject to change. Illustrative minimum deposit examples (such as PKR 1,000) referenced on the Platform are indicative only and subject to the operator's current cashier settings.

7.6 deon55 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Account balance if the withdrawal has not yet been processed and the User subsequently places Bets using those Funds, or where a compliance review is initiated.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 deon55 may offer Bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer and must be read carefully before opting in.
8.2 Illustrative Bonus examples referenced on the Platform (such as "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter — up to PKR 10,000") are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed live promotions. 8.3 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry periods are specified in each offer's individual terms.
8.4 deon55 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Bonus at any time and without prior notice. Any Bonus credited to an Account in error must be returned on request.
8.5 The use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering or any other activity designed to exploit Bonus terms is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of Bonus funds and associated winnings, Account suspension and further action.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
- Registering more than one Account or assisting a third party in doing so;
- Using the Account of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account;
- Depositing or attempting to deposit Funds derived from criminal, fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- Attempting to manipulate, interfere with or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, games or betting systems;
- Using automated bots, scripts or other software tools to interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or other corrupt conduct;
- Colluding with other players in casino games or tournament formats;
- Exploiting technical errors, loopholes or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
- Abusive, threatening or offensive conduct towards Platform staff or other users;
- Any activity that deon55 reasonably determines constitutes fraud, money laundering or a breach of applicable law.
10. Responsible Gambling

10.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed without unnecessary delay. During any self-exclusion period, marketing communications will cease and access to the Account will be suspended. Users in self-exclusion should not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new Accounts.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to a claim for damages.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, deon55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or financial losses.
12.2 deon55 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
12.3 deon55's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real Funds held in the User's Account at the time the claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13. Termination
13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text only — not a link). Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to a verified payment method following completion of any pending compliance review.
13.2 deon55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) required by applicable law or a competent authority; (c) the Account poses a fraud, AML or compliance risk; or (d) for any other reason at deon55's sole discretion.
13.3 Upon Account closure by deon55, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from Bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money Funds not derived from Bonuses will be returned subject to completion of compliance checks.
13.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which deon55 is incorporated or from which it holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is available on request via [email protected].
14.2 deon55 does not claim to be subject to, regulated by, or operating under the laws of Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform on the understanding that they are doing so in a jurisdiction that imposes gambling restrictions, and that they bear sole responsibility for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local law.
14.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established in deon55's operating framework.
15. Amendments to These Terms
15.1 deon55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
